I’ve
known the depths of loneliness, insecurity, and self-doubt.
I carried the pain of meaninglessness, that comes from a lack of purpose and direction.
I've known the unquenchable thirst for outside validation,
in an attempt to numb the thirst for true self-knowledge.
I wore every “hat” and identity I thought would gain my love and connection,
just to end up feeling fake and empty on the inside.
I've known pain, I've known disappointment, I've known the feeling of wrongness.
And it almost killed me…
I had a severe case of “the nice guy syndrome”.
I was deeply sexually insecure which manifested in my sexual interactions.
I was utterly clueless around women and how to relate to them.
There was a deep sense of “something is wrong with me”.
Life felt meaningless and burdensome.
On top of all that I felt completely exhausted from trying to do everything in my power to hide it from the world.
I reached a breaking point. This didn't feel like what life was supposed to feel like.
Something had to change.
And so I set out on a journey, the most important journey in a man's life.
A journey to discover who I am, what I am here to do, and what's worth living for.
I've faced my darkest shadows, uncovered the pains I buried deep down long ago, burned in the fire of unforgiving radical truth, I’ve asked the uncomfortable questions.
That journey became my everything - and in return, it gifted me - everything. It gifted me MYSELF.
In that finding, in that self-discovery, in that ongoing rebirth - I found my Power, I found my Truth, I found my Purpose.

I am committed to the rise of Integrated & embodied masculinity - by supporting men in reclaiming their power, developing their sexualities, and living out their purpose.
I am here to share the medicines that healed me, and that made me the man I am today.
